At Petit Clair, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if an item doesn't meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided by our portal.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
